Celebrating CPSF Summer Program Sponsors

The Corvallis Public Schools Foundation received an outpouring of support from local partners to support the Corvallis School District’s summer programming. We are excited to highlight four key sponsors whose contributions have been instrumental in doubling our impact toward Summer Programs this year:

Sissel Family Impact Fund

Sponsorship from the Sissel Family Impact Fund has been a cornerstone of our fundraising efforts. Their significant contribution has served as a catalyst, inspiring others to give toward summer programming. Strong supporters of education, The Sissel Family Impact Fund has profoundly benefited numerous students.

“We believe in the power of education and supporting our local schools,” said the Sissel Family. “We are thrilled to see the positive impact this will have on so many students.”

Starker Forests, Inc.

Starker Forests, a 5th-generation family business woven deeply within the Corvallis community, is a longtime supporter of CPSF initiatives. They give generously to support intervention programs aimed at increasing graduation rates – a key driver to student success.

Curtis & Deborah Rose Charitable Fund

Curtis & Deborah Rose designated their summer support to fund math camps for students transitioning into middle or high school. Thanks to their generous sponsorship, Corvallis’ middle schools were able to offer an additional math camp this summer, providing programmatic growth by supplying even more opportunities for students needing extra math support.

The Power of 100 People Who Care

The Power of 100 People Who Care is giving circle of members who pool their philanthropic dollars to benefit local nonprofit organizations that serve Corvallis and Benton County. Four times a year, the group meets, votes, and donates over $10,000 to a chosen nonprofit – collectively they have donated over $210,000 to the local community since 2019.

“Our members are inspired to donate when there is a clear and immediate need for a local nonprofit. Helping students achieve academic success is important not only to those students but to our community overall. We hope that by enabling more students to take the classes they need this summer those students graduate on time, succeed in classes they once failed, make stronger connections with classmates and teachers, and increase their confidence to achieve academically and in life.”

The Corvallis Public Schools Foundation would like to thank all of this year’s Summer Sponsors!
