CPSF Welcomes Hibbard as Executive Director!

The Corvallis Public Schools Foundation has announced the appointment of Angela Hibbard as its Executive Director. Hibbard has been serving as the Interim Executive Director since September and previously volunteered as a Trustee.

“The Board of Trustees conducted an extensive, national search to find the right leader for this critical position,” says Becca Gose, Board Chair. “In a competitive and talented pool of finalists, Angela clearly rose to the top and we are thrilled that CPSF will benefit from her leadership, expertise, and commitment to the community during the next phase of the organization’s growth.” Superintendent Ryan Noss adds, “Our partnership with the Corvallis Public Schools Foundation is critical to the success of our schools, and we are excited to continue this important work under Angela’s leadership.”

Hibbard has extensive experience in the community, both professionally and as a volunteer. She previously served as Director of Development, Marketing, and Outreach at Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care where she oversaw significant expansion in the organization’s fundraising and, earlier, was Editor-in-Chief of MOM Magazine where she highlighted the voices of real, local moms in the community. Before moving to Corvallis, Hibbard spent 15 years working for international marketing firms advising a range of clients including Levi Strauss, Unilever, Kraft Foods, and Citibank.

“As a parent and passionate community member, the mission of the Corvallis Public Schools Foundation—to support our local schools, and inspire learning for a lifetime—is incredibly close to my heart,” says Hibbard. “I am honored to lead this organization, in conjunction with our amazing Board of Trustees, to continue to advance excellence in our schools for all students.”
